Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your stay.
Guests must be 18 years or older to check in.
All bookings are subject to seasonal pricing and availability.
Please verify your booking voucher details (dates, room type, and rates) before arrival.
Select the correct room or dorm based on your preferences (mixed, female-only, or private).

Free cancellation or changes are allowed up to 7 days before your check-in date.
No modifications or refunds are permitted after the cut-off period.
In case of cancellations through third-party sites (OTAs), changes must be made through them.
Refunds (if applicable) are processed immediately, but may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.
No-show bookings will be charged 100% of the reservation amount.

Check-in: From 1:00 PM onwards (subject to room availability).
Early Check-In: Possible after 7:00 AM; subject to availability, recommended to book the night before if required.
Check-Out: Before 10:00 AM. Late check-out may be charged an extra fee or may not be available depending on occupancy.
Guests may use common areas and luggage storage before check-in and after check-out.

A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in (e.g., Passport, Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID).
Foreign nationals must present a valid passport and visa upon arrival.

Free Wi-Fi is available for guests (fair usage may apply).
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure comfort for all guests.
Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas; all indoor spaces are non-smoking.
Alcohol consumption within hostel premises must follow local regulations (guests may be guided on permitted areas).
Unlawful behavior (gambling, drugs, etc.) is strictly prohibited.
Eating is allowed in designated common areas only, not inside dorms or private rooms.
Guests are responsible for their personal items stored in lockers; Hostel Nemo is not liable for lost or damaged belongings.

Dorm beds are allocated on a first-come basis; sharing arrangements depend on booking type.
Private rooms are limited to the number of guests booked and do not allow extra beds without prior confirmation.
Hostel Nemo reserves the right to adjust room allocations in extraordinary circumstances (e.g., overbooking).

For everyone’s safety, weapons or hazardous items are strictly prohibited.
Guests must follow all safety instructions during water-based and dive activities arranged through the hostel.
Damage to hostel property caused by guests will be charged accordingly.
