• A valid photo address ID for all guests is mandatory at the time of Check-in.
• Pool Access is Available at an Additional Charge of ₹250 per person per hour.
• The hostel is not responsible for the loss or theft of guests’ personal belongings.
• Guests are responsible for any damages or losses incurred during their stay in their assigned room or any other hostel facilities. If damages are identified, the guest will be informed, and an assessment will be conducted to determine the repair or replacement cost.
• A mandatory gala dinner held during festive seasons (such as New Year’s Eve) will be charged to the guest.
• The hostel reserves the right to deny admission to guests, visitors, or attendees in cases of policy violations, disruptive or inappropriate behavior, failure to comply with event dress codes, or health and safety concerns, including symptoms of contagious illnesses.
• Any increase in pricing due to changes in government taxation will be borne by the guest and must be paid at the reception during check-in.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Request Process

All booking cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to the Company’s official email ID, mentioning the Booking Confirmation Number and attaching the original payment receipt. Cancellation charges will apply as per the policy below.

Cancellation Charges

• 30 days or more prior to arrival: 10% processing fee on the total accommodation cost
• Between 30 and 20 days prior to arrival: 50% cancellation charges on the total accommodation cost
• Within 20 days of arrival: 100% cancellation charges (no refund)
• Peak Season (15th December – 05th January): Bookings are strictly non-refundable with 100% cancellation charges

Refund Process & Timeline

After deducting the applicable cancellation charges, the remaining refundable amount (if any) will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation email.

Refund Mode

All refunds will be processed via online net banking only.

• In case of unexpected events such as flight or ferry cancellations, natural disasters, calamities, or any force majeure situation, the hostel will not be responsible for refunds or compensation related to No-Shows or cancellations.

Payment Policy

• Room Blocking Confirmation: Bookings are processed after receiving a written confirmation email from the client/ Travel Agent & rooms will be blocked with a time limit of 3 working days from the date of the booking confirmation email.
• Room Booking Confirmation Rooms will be confirmed only after collecting 50% of the total accommodation cost. And this payment should be done within the stipulated time limit, or else the blocking / booking will be automatically released without prior notice.
• Government Taxes: Goods and Services Tax will be added to room rate / Food & beverages as per the taxes imposed by the Government. Any change in taxes by the Government will be borne by the Guest / Travel Agent.
• Final Payment: Full payment of the total accommodation cost must be done before 7 days of the date of arrival (D-7days) so that we can issue the final confirmation voucher for the booking.
