There is no previous experience necessary. The jet skiing sessions are preceded by a brief safety briefing and general handling advice by our instructors, which allows even the first time participants to safely enjoy the jet skiing experience. The majority of the guests can comfortably ride within several minutes of having the activity.
Yes, jet skiing can be considered to be safe in most cases provided that it is conducted under professional supervision. You will always have a life jacket and the guided briefing also involves safety regulations, speeding and turning. Rides are all performed in safe areas that are under the supervision of trained personnel.
The majority of the operators have 12 years as the minimum age of the participants. Riders who are younger are not allowed to ride alone. The age rules can slightly differ by provider due to the safety reasons. Verification before the activity may be requested to validate age with the help of valid ID.
Swimming is not mandatory, but desired. You will have a life jacket on at all times and trained personnel will advise you thus you are able to enjoy the activity although you may not be a good swimmer. Added to the safety measures are rescue boats that are always on standby.
An average jet ski adventure lasts between 10-15 minutes based on the driver. This involves time on water following safety briefs and preparations. Accurate ride time is exchanged openly during booking.
